Shelby
Shelby is the founder of Wander + Graze and a supporter of local businesses and nonprofit organizations.
She founded W+G to celebrate local ingredients and create opportunities for the community to connect over food. Shelby and her husband are foster parents, and she regularly volunteers with Joshua Station, a housing program for families experiencing homelessness, and was a Refugee mentor with LFS.
When she’s not creating Grazing Boards, she enjoys gardening, pottery, and exploring the Denver culinary scene. Her favorite W+G board is the Rainbow Board.
Jemma
Jemma started working for Wander + Graze as a delivery driver, but she learned how to make grazing boards within a few weeks. When she is not working, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and trying new foods. She is passionate about supporting her local community and enjoys volunteering with Mutual Aid Denver.
Jemma is one of those weirdos who doesn’t really like cheese but is almost always willing to try something new. At the moment, she enjoys Dubliner and adds at least a few slices to every board she creates. Her favorite board to make is the Colorado Antipasto Board.
