Frequently Asked Questions – FAQ
Do you Deliver?
Yes! We deliver in the Denver/Boulder area from Tuesday-Saturday 11am-5pm + Sunday 11am-2pm. We charge a flat rate delivery fee based on the distance from our location. We also offer contact-free pickups if you would prefer to save on delivery costs. If you live outside our typical delivery zone, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your delivery request.
Does a wooden board come with my order?
Yep! All orders are arranged on a wooden board. The boards are yours to keep but are intended for single use.
How do I serve my grazing board?
That is totally up to you! All of our grazing boards are put in a box for easy transportation. Once you have arrived at your destination, the board will easily slide out of the box and can be placed for serving. Just keep the board out of direct sunlight if at all possible.
Do I need to refrigerate my board?
Yes, it would be best if you put your board in the fridge. Meat and cheese boards should be refrigerated until one hour before serving as room temperature cheese has more flavor than cold cheese. Crudité and Fruitité boards should be refrigerated until ready to serve.
How long are grazing boards good for?
Our grazing boards are best when served immediately, but they can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. If you plan to serve your board the following day, please let us know, and we will build your boards a little differently.
How do you accommodate for food allergies or preferences?
While we gladly accept requests to omit particular foods from our products, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Many of the products we use are processed or prepared in facilities that process allergens, including nuts, dairy, and shellfish. That being said, we do our best to take extra care when preparing any order that has notified us of a food allergy.
Do you Have Vegan Options?
We have vegan cheeses and dip options for many of our boards.
Do you have any Gluten-Free options?
Yes! We do not add any items on our boards that include gluten. So no worries there. If you would like to add a gluten-free bread and cracker box to your order, we have those available on our menu. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Still, we do our best to take extra care when preparing any order that has notified us of a food allergy.
How many days in advance do I need to place an order?
Our calendar does fill up, so we recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible but at least 48 hours. That being said, give us a call. We can sometimes accommodate last minute orders.
Can you create custom grazing tables for weddings and events?
Yes! We can combine any boards to create a custom grazing table for your event. We also travel for events. Check out our events page or email us at Shelby@wanderandgraze.com for more info.
Do you support local businesses? Where do you source your ingredients from?
Yes we do! Wander + Graze is fortunate to source many of our ingredients from local businesses right here in Colorado. We always includes as many organic, locally sourced ingredients as possible and work closely with other small businesses like Blue Moose of Boulder, Bjorn’s Colorado Honey, and The Real Dill to source our ingredients! Shelby grows an assortment of edible flowers and unique veggies in the spring and summer. If you’re enjoying a Grazing Board during those seasons, there’s a good chance that something grown in her backyard is included! Catering your business event with Wander + Graze is a wonderful way to support local Colorado businesses.
