June 2022 Charcuterie Workshop + Wine Tasting

2025 Update: we are now selling boutique curated wine (woohoo!) and due to local license restrictions we are no longer doing wine tastings in our shop. We offer boutique beverage bundles designed for your event as well as carefully curated individual beer and wine that you can purchase to accompany your charcuterie order.

Join us and Sara from Assemble for a charcuterie and wine workshop!  Each participant will get a tutorial on making the perfect charcuterie board. Then create a date night-size board to take home or enjoy during the workshop. Sara will also lead us through an educational wine tasting and what to pair with our boards' delicious bites.  Sara started her wine journey with a Colorado wine distribution company overseeing marketing and sales in 2005.  Through travel to vineyards around the world and tasting wines over the last 15+ years, her love and knowledge of wine have grown with every sip. Due to high demand we moved this workshop to a larger space. This workshop will be held at a private social club in the Sunnyside neighborhood.
