Ingredients:
- 2-3lbs of ripe assorted stone fruits
- Fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces and/or a fresh burrata
- Fresh basil leaves
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Honey (optional)
- Flakey Salt
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash, pit and slice the stone fruits.
- Cut fresh mozzarella into bite sized pieces.
Assemble the Salad:
- On a serving platter, create a layer of stone fruit slices. You can create a pattern or simply arrange them in a visually appealing manner.
- Top with bite sized mozzarella or a burrata pulled open
